1. What is Mystar?

 

Mystar is a New Generation Marketplace where you can directly order a personalized video message from your favorite blogger, artist, musician, athlete, comedian or other Celebrity. We complement social networks and give you the opportunity to be closer to your idols and communicate with them in a new format. You can order video greetings, wishes, motivating videos, etc.

 

2. How to use the Mystar service?

 

1. Log in to Mystar

• You can order video messages after registration.

 

2. Choose a Star

• Use our extensive selection of Stars, divided into categories, for this.

 

3. Easy ordering

• Literally in a matter of minutes, seeing information about yourself, writing the text of the appeal to Star and receiving information about the payment, the order will be reviewed within 3-7 days.

 

 

4. Get your video message!

• Immediately after receiving the Video message, it can be shared with friends, as well as shared on social networks.

 

3. How do you pay for video messages?

Payment is made by debit / credit card (Telcell, Edram)  when booking a video request. As soon as the payment details are filled in, the money will be debited from the card until the time the video order is completed by Star. If, after 7 days, Star has not completed the order, then the money will be returned to the card.

 

4. How will I receive the finished video message?

The link will be sent to e-mail and a notification about the completed order will be sent to the phone number specified when placing the application.

1. What is Mystar?

We complement social networks and give you the opportunity to be closer to your idols and communicate with them in a new format. From a blogger or a Star, you can order video greetings, wishes, motivating videos, etc.

 

2. How do I get started on Mystar?

 

1. Registration

• Submit information about yourself for verification and create your profile.

 

2. Setting the price for the video

• Set your own price per video message.

 

3. Offer selection

• Accept or reject requests to create video posts from fans of your choice. If you do not want to create video messages, you have the right to decline!

• You have 3 to 7 days to accept the request and create a video message, or to decline the request.

• If necessary, we can temporarily disable the acceptance of applications. They will be temporarily unavailable on your page. But remember that you have 7 days to fulfill already accepted requests.

 

4. Record and download videos

• Record video messages (at least 30 seconds) and upload to your page.

 

5. Making a profit

• Upon successful completion of the User's task (except for cases rejected by the administration of mystar.am), you will receive your profit from the video message within 7 days.

 

3. How much can I earn on Mystar?

Earnings will depend on the price set for each video message. You will receive 70% of each video message order, Mystar takes 30% of the order value. The money will be credited to your linked card within 7 days after the order is completed.
