This document is a personal data processing policy drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Personal Data" (Chapter 2, Personal Data Processing), and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data of the mystar.am website - by the Company limited liability "Armstar" (hereinafter - mystar.am).

3. Mystar.am can process the following personal data of the User:

3.3. E-mail address;

3.4. City of residence, gender, age;

3.5. Social media data;

3.6. Also, the site collects and processes anonymized data about visitors (including cookies) using Internet statistics services (Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics and others).

3.6. The above data hereinafter in the text of the Policy are united by the general concept of Personal data.

 

4. Security of payments

 

4.1. Security of Online payments (via the Internet) is ensured with the help of the Acquiring Bank in the payment system https://cloudpayments.ru, operating on the basis of modern protocols and technologies developed by international payment systems Visa International, MasterCard Worldwide (3D-Secure: Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode).

4.2. The processing of the received confidential data of the cardholder is carried out in the processing center of the Acquiring Bank, certified according to the PCI DSS standard (they are not saved on our Web-server).

4.3. The security of transmitted information is ensured using modern Internet security protocols.

4.4. An Online check is sent to the User in accordance with Federal  Law, the company's financial statements are also made in accordance with Federal Law.

4.5. The online payment service (via the Internet) is carried out in accordance with Federal Law with the Rules of the international payment systems Visa, MasterCard and Payment system "Mir" on the principles of confidentiality and security of payment, for which the most modern methods of verification, encryption and data transmission over closed communication channels.

4.6. Bank card details are entered on a secure payment page.

4.7. On the page for entering bank card data, you will need to enter the card number, cardholder name, card expiration date, three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA or CVC2 for MasterCard). All the necessary data is printed on the card itself.

4.8. Then the User is redirected to the page of his bank to enter the 3DSecure code, which is sent to the User via SMS.

 

5. Purposes of processing personal data

 

5.1. The purpose of processing the User's personal data is the conclusion, execution and termination of civil contracts; providing the User with access to services, information and / or materials contained on the website https: // mystar.am; providing the User with services.

5.2. Also, mystar.am has the right to send the User notifications about new products and services, special offers and various events. 7.5. The period for processing personal data is unlimited. 8.2. Cross-border transfer of personal data on the territory of foreign states that do not meet the above requirements can be carried out only if there is a written consent of the subject of personal data for the cross-border transfer of his personal data and / or execution of an agreement to which the subject of personal data is a party.
